Mother's Day

Mother's day was a bit off this year, with the passing of Grandpa.  Jaren's mind was so occupied, understandably, and he forgot.  I felt bad that he felt bad!  Hailey gave me the BEST gift ever, a homemade card and a little questionnaire, which was pretty funny.  I got up and the girls and I made strawberry pizza for the Petersen get together for that night, and then us girls headed over to my parents.  We sat and visited for about an hour, while the girls got to play with their cousins.  After that we went home, and did some cleaning and more cooking.  Jaren had gone to the store and bought me candy, and a card.  The best part of it was he made a little coupon for a twenty minute massage, and the stick figure drawing of him giving me a massage CRACKED me up!  He definitely knows how to make me laugh.  That evening, his brothers and sisters and their kids and Grandma came over and we had a mexican food potluck and the kids swam.  I love that the cousins all play so well together!  I sat outback and watched them swim and scream and play and was thinking of how glad I am that they have cousins!

she was FREAKING out that I was going to see it....haha.  She

insisted I wait until Mother's Day!

Some of these answers were SO funny to me.  I especially

like the second question "her favorite game is", and she

answered Star Wars...haha.  Star Wars is definitely NOT

my thing!  I asked her if she heard someone else answer that

and she said "well yeah"...lol.  And I love how she answered

what my job is with clean and wash clothes a lot!  She's 

right on that one...haha.  She cracks me up!

a rough day, because it made me laugh so hard.  I'm glad

 Hailey & Nana!  I love this picture!

 Nana & Addy.  Addy was being a little stinker and wouldn't

let me take her picture for awhile.  I finally had to get ready to snap

it and yelled "oh my gosh what's on my head?"  She turned around then!

Hailey & Papa.  My girls are so attached to my parents, they 

just love going to see them.  Papa was playing catch with the ball with Addy.

This picture cracks me up!  Addy and David are becoming

quite good friends!  David swiped her dress up shoes, I think

it's soooo cute!  Can't wait to show him this picture when he's older!
