Grandpa Petersen

Grandpa Petersen passed away early Saturday morning.  I am so glad we went to see him Friday night, even though we didn't get to talk to him, it was nice just being there.  I am even more glad that the previous Sunday Jaren took the girls over and spent about four hours with them.  I am glad that Hailey got to know her Grandpa, but sad for Addy because she will not have memories of him.  I never thought a person could be perfect until I met Cleiburn.  Jaren has told me so many stories of his dad, mostly hilarious stories!  He was a great man and such a good example on how to live your life.  My heart breaks for Jaren because I can't even imagine my dad not being there.  Jaren is so strong, and hates to show his feelings, and I know the coming days will be really hard for him and the rest of the family as we say our final goodbyes.  We will just have to remember all the good times, the funny stories, and know that we are blessed to have had him in our lives.  We love you Dad and Grandpa Petersen ♥♥
