The Mesa Arts Center held a free egg hunt on Friday. I met up with a friend I used to work with, Marci, and her cute little boy Jonas. It was so fun seeing them, but the egg hunt was a total BUST! I probably shouldn't complain, since it was a free event, but it was an unorganized mess! Way too many kids, and the egg hunt literally lasted five seconds before it was done. Addy got two eggs, Hailey five and Jonas one. They didn't really care though, they had fun. After that we went to Pioneer Park, which was another bust! The sand was literally a massive cat litter box! We discovered someone was leaving food out for cats, and we counted about twenty! There is a train locked up behind a fence, and they were all over the place by it. I can only imagine how many more there were up in the train where we couldn't see! No wonder the park turned into a giant litter box! Afterward the girls and I went to California Pizza Kitchen, it was yummy!
