Silly Hailey

Hailey had me sit down in the play room while she put on a show.  She had on quite the funky outfit!  A Halloween size 3T shirt on backwards, a skirt, karate pants, a Fourth of July headband, and tap shoes!  She went from doing crazy tapping on the top of a container lid, to singing, to playing the keyboard....silly girl!

Hailey's Pizza Shop

One night when Addy went to sleep early, Hailey got to stay up late and she made a pizza shop.  She is such a creative little girl!  She cut out tons of tiny pieces of construction paper for the pizza toppings, made a store sign and menus.  Too cute!

Jump Street

Gwen invited us to go to Jumpstreet with them.  It was fun, and the cousins got to play.  The only downside is that unless you're over eight, or a parent goes with you, you cannot hardly play on anything.  Hailey was a little discouraged, but still had fun running around with her cousins!  Addy was tired and in need of a nap, so she was a bit cranky, and threw a few fits...fun!  She so desperately wanted to go in this bounce house, but was scared.  I wasn't about to go in it, because it was too small.  Finally, about five minutes before I said we were leaving, she went in with the cousins, climbed up the stairs and slid down the slide and LOVED it.  So, we had to stay longer! 

Playdough

The girls love to play with playdough.  I love that it keep them busy for so long, but it makes such a horrible mess!  They love to play "bake shop" with it, which means they want bowls, and spoons, and muffin tins, etc.  Then, when they are all done, there is a million dry, crumbly pieces all over the floor.  Plus, I find dried out playdough in random places like the oven or the freezer, days later.  Silly girls!!
