Addy's new bed

Since Addy is turning three next month, I am feeling like she shouldn't be in a crib anymore.  I know some people take their kids out of the crib really young, and some say keep them in as long as they aren't climbing out.  I just don't want her to feel "babyish" from staying in her crib too long past three.  In the past few months, we tried putting her in Hailey's room on the trundle, and in the big girl bed in her room.  Neither worked!  She was getting out of the trundle a gazillion times, and she didn't want to be in the bed in her room.  So, we decided to convert her crib into a daybed.  So far, so good.  She LOVES her big girl bed.  We put a little thing on the side so she doesn't roll off, so it's almost still like a crib, but she doesn't think so at all....haha.  For now, she hasn't gotten out of it, so we are all happy!  Hopefully after she gets used to that she will move to the bigger bed in her room and then we can pack the crib up so we have more room in her bedroom.  Up next....potty training!!
