Summer

I cannot believe we are already in our fourth week of summer!  Crazy how time flies by.  I thought we would be doing more crafts, but I've just been lazy and busy and haven't set aside the time to get some crafts organized.  We have been doing a lot of playing and relaxing though, and swimming.  The girls LOVE to swim!

in the kitchen!  Every mom knows it takes double the time

to do anything when your kids are helping, but she really

gets her feelings hurt if you tell her she cannot help...sweet girl!

 Addy used to be TERRIFIED when I would turn on this chopper.  

She would run and hide, and peek her head out to see if I was done.

Now....she LOVES to push the button and chop the food!  

 I surprised the girls with little princesses to play with

in the castle, they LOVE them.  These princesses have

been in the dirt, the tub, the pool, to church, you name it,

they are one of their new favorite toys!

 Silly Hailey!  We go through otter pops and popsicles

like CRAZY during the summer!  We literally polished

off a box of two hundred otter pops in a couple of weeks.

 Addy's new favorite thing is to spray and brush

the horse's mane!  She LOVES it!  I love that she

is wearing socks with her high heels...haha.

More otter pops!

 Making popcorn.  I think this is the first time we have gotten

out the popper to make it.  The girls are used to microwave

popcorn.  They had lots of fun watching it pop.  We had

a family movie night and watched Escape from Planet Earth.
