Father's Day

Father's Day was nice.  The girls and I were gone most of the morning, and Jaren got to sleep in.  When we got back, he had cleaned the house!  Whoo hoo!  Unfortunately the girls started playing and it looked like a bomb went off two hours later.  The girls couldn't wait to give him his gifts, mostly because they knew one of them was See's candy...yummy!!  We mostly lounged around all day, and then Papa & Nana came to visit for a bit.  All in all it was a great day.  I couldn't ask for a better daddy for our girls!  Too bad he hates getting his picture taken!  I can't believe I don't have one of him and the girls to put on the blog! 

 They were SO excited to open the gifts....ummm, I mean

have Jaren open his gifts...haha.

 We ran out of wrapping paper, so Hailey colored pictures

and we wrapped the gifts that way.

 She was waiting so patiently!

Papa & the girls , they sure love him ♥♥

 A few weeks ago Jaren had mentioned that when he was
little, he had tons of army guys and he would set them
up and shoot them with rubber bands.  So, that was the
girls gift to him, except we got him a nerf gun instead
of rubber bands.  The girls have been having lots of
fun playing with them.  It's strange to see "boy" toys
at our house!
