Apple Pie

Yesterday Hailey was supposed to go to the last day of her baking class, where she was going to make apple pie. She was BEYOND excited when I reminded her the day before. Well, ditzy me, I completely forgot to take her :( When I told her, she felt bad for about two seconds, then cheered right up when I told her we would make an apple pie today at home. She loves to stir and get her hands dirty with the food....and sneak flour to eat....ewwwww. Our pie didn't turn out very pretty because the darn crust was giving us problems. Hopefully it will taste yummy with ice cream tonight after dinner!
