Addy Started Preschool!

Addy started preschool!!  I literally feel like she should still be crawling around the house.  She did awesome!  Addy is such a timid girl, and is afraid to go anywhere without me.  I think between going to church and her being invited to a couple of birthday parties helped big time!  She woke up that morning and when I told her she would get to go to preschool, her eyes got big and she said "TODAY?"  Haha...I had been talking it up for months, so I think she was beginning to think it would never be her turn to go to school!  When we went last week to meet the teacher, she was able to check out her little school and see all the toys!  She also noticed a spot to hang her backpack, something I didn't even notice.  The morning of school I told her she didn't have to take her back pack if she didn't want to, but she said she did, and that there was a little hook to hang it.  Sure enough, when we got there, she proudly walked over and hung up her back pack, it was so cute.  I'm so happy her cousin Elsie gets to go to school with her, and she has a few kids from Sunbeams that she really loves!  After school she was SO happy when I picked her up and on the car ride home, but as soon as we got in the house, she turned into a super grouch!  Poor girl, I think that two and a half hours tired her out!  Once she got happy, she started doing her "homework", which consists of tracing letters, numbers and shapes.  I asked her if I could take her picture and she said "No, I'm too busy doing my homework"...haha so cute!
