Nan & Papa Visit on Christmas Eve

We had planned the usual Brooks Christmas Eve get together, with tamales and Mexican food potluck, but we cancelled it.  Between Addy and Baby David being sick, we decided it would be best not to spread the germs.  Even though we missed seeing everyone on Christmas Eve, it made for a relaxing evening.  Nana & Papa came to give the girls their gifts, and the girls were VERY excited to give them theirs.

was cancelled.  But, Nana & Papa came to the rescue, so glad

They are stuffed animals that have a huge mouth,

where you can stash all kinds of things.  Fun!

She put her dress up heels in it...lol  Addy tends to take

"hard" toys to bed to sleep with, instead of stuffed animals.

So, this will actually work out perfect for her.  She can stuff

them in there, and not get bonked on the head in the middle of the night!

Her favorite part was putting her head in it!

Papa & Nana opening their gifts.  Perfume and cologne, my

go to gifts for them.  They smelled SO good.  I wish Jaren

wore cologne.  He says "some of us don't need it"...haha.
