Valentines Day and School Parties

The girls both had their Valentines parties at school and loved them.  I am so thankful that I am able to go to all of their parties and see them with their friends, celebrating and having fun.  Each of them decided on Kool Aid Valentines, and had fun writing out their cards.  So thankful for Pinterest and all the fun ideas! 

Hailey's school party was full of goodies!  The teacher sent home a note saying parents could join the party, and bring in goodies if they wanted.  Hailey asked me to make fudge, so they had that, candy, cupcakes, ice cream and root beer floats!  The kids were in heaven haha!  They handed out their Valentines and then headed out to the playground to run around and eat treats. 

Addy's class exchanged Valentine's and had craft stations.  They didn't have treats brought in, but she got SO much candy from the kids!  Watching them hand out the Valentines was so cute.  Most of the kids wrote names on them, and it was tricky for them to find the right desks.  I was glad I only had Addy write "from Addy" on hers.  Addy is so super shy, and it is fun watching her in class with her friends. 

On Valentine's Day, we gave each of the girls a cute little stuffed animal.  They have so many stuffed animals already, but we do this every year, and they love it.  I know a lot of people hate Valentine's Day, but I love getting them a little something.  Jaren and I don't usually do much, but he got me some wireless headphones for working out...I LOVE them!  I got him some Quest bars and other health food things to try...haha, we are boring.
