Survivor Mud Run

I signed Jaren & I up for the Survivor Mud Run in Mesa.  Although Jaren acted like he didn't want to do it, I know he really thought it sounded fun.  I gave him plenty of opportunities to not go, but he didn't take them.  We went, and had a blast!  There was tons of mud & tons of laughing!  The first mud pit, there were literally people losing their shoes in the mud.  I almost lost mine a couple of times, but learned to angle my foot to help it lift out of the mud.  I had a terrible sore throat, and got seriously tired running, but still had a blast.  I can't wait to do it again next year, hopefully with another couple!
