Hiking in the Superstition Mountains

We went hiking this past Saturday and it was so fun!  I have never hiked anything but Usery Pass with Jaren, so this was a nice change.  We went with Jaren's brother Jace and his boys.  The weather was perfect, and the climb wasn't too hard.  The girls both did awesome!  Addy walked almost the entire time, and only got carried by Jaren and Jace for a little bit!  We definitely need to invest in some hiking shoes if we are going to be doing more hiking, although we will be heading into the hot months before we know it!  We hiked up pretty far, and there was a little bit of running water, which I had no idea would be there, pretty neat.  There were also some very hungry squirrels that the girls loved! 

 So pretty!  When I was younger I used to think the

desert was so ugly!  Now, I think it's beautiful!

 I told Hailey to smile and she looked at me,

clenched her fists and said "you're making

me lose my temper!!!"  Ummm....okay!?  Haha.

them and polishing them!  We kept almost slipping!

Heading back down.  It took us about two and a half hours.
