 Addy asks for this giant tub of cheese puffs

every time we go to Costco.  Well today was her lucky day,

because I said yes.  She wouldn't put it in the cart and carried it

around the whole rest of the shopping trip haha.

 I tried taking them to As You Wish Pottery where you get to paint

your own pottery.  I was dumb and didn't book a time slot ahead of

time, and they were full. So, we went to Michaels Craft store and

they picked out something to paint.  It ended up being so fun, and way cheaper!

 Hailey picked a unicorn.  She loves all 

things sparkly and unicorn right now. Addy 

picked out a house that she was going to use with

the little Oh Jenny doll house people.

 All done, so cute!

 Ok, so we might have a serious addiction

to going out and getting treats haha.  This time

we went to Sassy's Café.  They have the BEST
red velvet cupcakes ever!  They are Jaren's 

favorite, so of course we brought him some home.

 My aunt and Uncle (Deb and Wes) had

a 50th wedding anniversary party.  Jaren had 

to work, but the girls and I went with Nana

and Papa.  There was lots of food, and the 

girls had fun dancing!

 Doesn't look like a party yet, but this

was before more people got there.

 Hailey made herself a unicorn horn, silly!

 This cute girl is smiling because her 

eye exam went perfect.  No signs of

either eye drifting at this point.  I think she

is mostly smiling though because she doesn't

have to get her eyes dilated.  She hates that!

 We celebrated the first day of Fall

by making caramel apples for the first time.

 All ready to dip!

They had so much fun decorating

them with sprinkles.

 They were pretty tasty, even though the caramel 

starting falling off the apples!

 We went to Sam's Club and they

were giving away cotton candy for

donations to a children's charity.

 Popsicles with the cute neighbor boys. It's so nice

having Fridays off school.

This girl was very excited to use tools

and help me unclog the bathtub drain.

Addy's 7th Birthday!

Addy turned seven!  Can't believe this cute girl is seven!  We had a Petersen family party for her.  She loved her big cake with flowers on it. If I used one word to describe Addy, it would be sweet!  She is seriously such a nice girl.  She will share something with you without giving it a second thought.  Always thinking about other people.  She is also our cautious girl, always thinking about safety and thinking ahead.  She is a good friend to everyone, and her silly personality is really starting to come out.  We love her so much!

asked for a Baby Alive that crawls and poops

and pees haha.

for school.  When it's your birthday, you

get to bring it in along with treats.

 We took her out to eat for her birthday. She chose

Texas Roadhouse.  The only reason she chose this place

was because you can eat the peanuts and throw the 

shells on the ground haha!

 They bring a saddle over to your table and

sing you happy birthday.  She looked scared!

Addy Gets a Haircut

Addy decided to cut her hair again.  She looks so cute!

 It had gotten so long since she last

cut in in kindergarten.  

So stinking cute.
