We drove to Williams, Arizona, and stayed in a hotel. Then the next day we took the Grand Canyon Railway Train to the canyon. The train ride was pretty fun. They had comedians walking through, and they sang songs and made us all laugh. We stayed at the canyon for three hours, walking around and eating lunch. It was so beautiful, but the edges made me terrified. I cannot believe they don't have more railings! Now I see why my parents never took us five kids haha! It was a fun, but long day. We took the train back, then ate dinner and swam in the hotel pool.
The next day we went to Bearizona, which was AMAZING! You drive your car through a three mile loop, and bears and wolves and deer literally come up to your car. Addy was so scared at first, but once she realized she wasn't gonna die, she was fine haha. Jaren drove the loop twice, then I drove it. When I drove, I didn't stop when the bears came up, I kept driving, haha, they made me nervous!
All in all it was a great little vacation. All of our other family vacations have been to theme parks, so this one felt way more relaxed!
