Tempe Town Lake Splash Pad

The girls and I decided to try out a splash pad at Tempe Town Lake. They LOVED it! It was the perfect size for me to keep track of them, and it wasn't too crowded at all. It had a slide, a waterfall, and plenty space to play in the water.

Hailey's Dance Recital

Hailey had her dance recital, and it was super cute, but super hectic, as it usually is. The dance group that she is with puts on a HUGE recital each year at Mesa High School, and it is crazy!!! Even through all the craziness all the cute little dancers did such a good job! The recital was Hansel & Gretel, and Hailey was a peppermint. Her costume was so stinking cute, but the poor girl, hated wearing it. It itched her like crazy, and because the body of it had little sequins, it scratched up her little arms! As soon as the recital was over and she was in the car, she stripped down to her undies ASAP. I barley got any pictures, because I was juggling a sleepy Addy and didn't want to deal with lugging around my camera too. Unfortunately Jaren was on phones for work and got a couple of calls and had to leave the auditorium. This was her fourth year in dance, and every year at recital time I tell Jaren we are not doing it next year, and every year, we sign her up again. The things we do for our kids!!

Hailey's Singing Class

Anyone who knows Hailey well knows that she LOVES to sing! She usually starts singing shortly after she wakes up, and sings all day long! Like, literally...haha. I was so happy when someone in the ward gave a little two week singing camp! Hailey LOVED it. She came home and practiced her songs and lines like a pro. At the end of the two weeks, the kids put on a performance in our church building, and it was so cute! The pictures aren't that great, because I just used my cell phone. She was so nervous when she first go there, but quickly warmed up and did great!! Go Hailey!!

First Week of Summer

Well, the first week of summer has come and gone. I had all these plans to be organized, make lists, and have the girls on a schedule, which didn't happen at all. I have all these great ideas, but I'm horrible at following through. I know life would run much smoother if I actually did what I planned, so I don't know what is stopping me! Anyhow, first week went okay. Some of these pictures are from the week or two before because I am too lazy to do another post!
